Poor service!

I ordered a hosting package off them and paid by paypal £29.99. The email that i received was the receipt of what i ordered and payed for and that i would be contacted within 24 hrs, 48 hrs past so i e-mailed them and all i got was sorry we can't host you refund will follow shortly still no refund for at least 12 days now i have e-mailed them numerous of times still no reply e-mails.

I feel that this maybe a scam or they are in trouble (going bust) so they are accepting payments and fobbing the customers off and not giving refunds back. I have been polite and not getting abusive with them but they just don't seem to answer which worried me as i put trust into there company and this is how i get treat, well its shocking.

The company doesn't have any telephone numbers to contact just 3 email address's: support, presales and accounts and that it.

Is there anything i can do? Plz advise smb!
