States I have won £25, 000 and asks for personal details inc address and phone number.
Checking website this 'company' is known as a scam. Why has no action been taken to A) Prosecute them for attempted fraud B) Why are they not blocked from sending e-mails?
Can I take legal action against the Fraud Office for not doing their duty?
