I ordered a leather 3 seat sofa from Asda Direct on the 25th April. Asda immediately receiving payment for the product and the delivery charge via my credit card. Delivery is stated as 28 days on the website. Following 2 expensive phone calls to the customer service department I am still awaiting a delivery almost 6 weeks later. The whole shopping experience has been a joke, the customer service advisers do not speak English, and I have no idea when I will receive the item that I paid for. Completely disappointed with this farce of a company.
