I purchased from Norton on 21April Order no.1649754098 .Connection was not successful and has since been cancelled so I am Asking for a refund of £39.99 to my Mastercard which is the account the money was taken from so you will have the number. I am extremely upset by this as I now have a bill for £140 which I have had to pay to get back my Internet. I have also sent e mails to you with no response so kindly respond to this and
