Receive emails from an individual after asking them not to send them

I keep receiving emails from robertthompson97@aol.com giving links to different sites. I have replied a number of times asking this person to take me off his mailing list but he continues to ignore my request. How can I stop this person from pestering me with these unneccesary emails?
