Taking money out of my account with no permission / for no reason

Have just reviewed my bank statements from the last 6 months and have discovered that this company has been STEALING £10 a month from me since December. I have never given them permission to do this and have not received any products/ services / discounts from them in return. How do I go about getting this money back and make sure this does not happen to anyone else?
