Unathorised request for moneies

It appears that a fee of £8.00 is being requested by ShoppersDiscounts from my bank on a monthly basis. Can someone please look into this for me as I haven't authorised these transactions, I have contacted my bank and instructed them not to pay any future request for payment. My bank informs me that this may not be as simple as that but will contact me when they have concluded their internal investigations.
