We have been having our food delivered every week for over a year now and we spend around £200.00 per week.

Two weeks ago asda missed the slot and the food was two and a half hours late. We were given a free delivery for the following week. Last week the slot was missed by five minutes but we did not complain as this was not a problem.

Last Friday we were 10 minutes late for the driver and it caused chaos. The delivery was due at 5-7pm we were told to phone back at 7-30pm to arrange a re delivery as the driver could not be contacted we rang back and was told they could not re deliver until the next day which was upsetting as we needed the groceries. But we felt it was partially our fault for missing the attempted delivery. The new time was 12 till 12-30.But this did not arrive we phoned the store direct and the manager was going to ring back. We rang again but there was no answer so we rang the 0800 number and was told our number was taken down wrong and they could not deliver today and we would have to phone back tomorrow and rebook the delivery

We decided to cancel

the food and go to sainsburys!

I cant believe this is the way you treat your customers, it may be £200.oo per week to you is pennies but I am a business owner and if I had a customer who spent that amount every week I would try to keep them.

You may be cheap on prices but this shouldn't be an excuse for the cheap service I received
