I have made 6 orders to this company over the last year. The first 3 were very successful but the last 3 They have not sent out the right amount.
It is a nightmare trying to get a response from their customer service dept. They never respond within 48hrs 72hrs 96hrs etc etc. I find myself bombarding them with emails and they only sort it out when I contact the sister company tobaccoonline.co.uk.
This time they have only sent out half my order (Order #919356) and I have had no rsponse since the 9th Dec.
Come on e tobacco sort yourselves out if you want to keep your customers!!!
