Product charged for but not delivered

I ordered a product on 26th November as a Christmas present - plenty of time for it to be delivered I thought. When after 2 weeks it had not arrived, I emailed asking them to send it asap with speedy delivery and that I would not be paying for this as they had already passed the expected delivery date. As I was heading home for the holidays, I became increasingly anxious when still a week before I was due to leave, it still had not arrived. Despite several emails and ATTEMPTED phone calls, I did not receive it in time for Christmas and hence requested a refund, as according to their terms and conditions, if the product had not been sent, I was entitled to all my money back. 3 months later, having exchanged further emails and threatened legal action, the item is still 'processing' and I am still £30 down. Thankfully, I opted out of monthly charge straight after buying which I am very glad about!

I've since bought the item from a shop in Cardiff which I should have done from the start! Will NEVER buy on the internet WITHOUT checking out info about a website first!
