UNAUTHORISED CHARGES

Google has charged my card without my permission for £ 26.90 on 13/03 and bank has confirmed the charge is definitely from Google and to contact them to get a refund. But after filing a claim with Google they have not issued a claim. I never purchased anything from Google ever and nor have I put my card details so I don't know how they would steal them and charge me. They seem to be doing this a lot. I need them to refund my money immediately. Please assist to get my money from this big fraudulent company. Thank you

It is showing as a recurring subscription, which means it could come out on a monthly or annual basis.
