RIP OFF SEO CompanyFrom UK Bsaed in South Africa

The Tach Guys Called to offer me a free SEO trial for a month and according to the agent I was told I will be notified to cancel prior for me to cancel.
I did not get the email, therefore I cancelled 8 hours after the 30th day which was 9/10, I cancelled on the 10/10 9am, and there are forcefully running the campaign wanting me to pay for the coming month.
Their response "You have one further payment that is due on 09/10/13; therefore your campaign will be cancelled on 09/11 as per the 30 days notice required for cancellation."
