Beware MacAfee renewal!

I receive notification that my anti virus software had been automatically renewed by MacAfee and my credit card charged with 44 PBS ($66 USD). The product originally cost $24.99 and is freely available for purchase off MacAfee website at $24.99.
MacAfee advised me that the auto renewal does not use the discounted price of $24.99 but the normal price of $ 66, nearly three times as much.
This company attempts to extort money from subscribers in the hope they will not notice the inflated fee which I find morally reprehensible.
