Won't respond to emails sent to support addresses Cheshire

They don't respond to emails sent to several support addresses listed on their websites. My computer HardDrive crashed and had to be replaced and I had to re-install the operating system. Now the software won't activate or re-register with the registration keys I was provided. The software only runs on one computer and you have to be connected to the internet and registered to start it each time (a feature I wasn't aware of when I bought it). Purchased the program in mid-November for $29 US, and now, a little over a month later, I can't use it, and get no support to activate it.
