Dear sir or madam, i renewed my norton security protection on december the 10th 2011 for another year by automatic renewal service and have a reciept for it, it was £39.99, but i keep getting reminders now that it is about to run out, this is quite upsetting.the product serial no is ttqv9g63jmvr. is there any chance of getting an explanation about this please, thank you .a.s. evans.
