Craiglist-Fraud on renting Be Careful

I received an email from a lady, she call herself Skyla Branson. She email me and said she is working for Premier Oil and will come to the United States to do a research for her company. She said she is in the oil field and would not be able to call me and would like to rent the townhouse that I have listed on Craiglist. I have ask her for a deposit and first month rent. The person have send me a check for double the amount $7850 attached with a letter, the letter have no return address and no signature. The letter was suppose to be from her father. I have also received an email from Skyla Branson in the same day and said her father have send the wrong amount, the excess amount was for her travel tickets to the United States and ask me to send it to her travel agent in 21 Church Street, Kingscross, London, UK.

Please, be careful there are a lot of Scheme out there.
