Blocked account when using their rules & regulations

I've not been member for long & my husband also wanted to play. According to king.coms rules, each player must have own account. Therefore he opened his own only to get an email saying it's now blocked because they are suspicious that 2 accounts are being used by 1 person.

We've tried contacting them, to no avail. I think they use this as an excuse when a player too good is. We followed their rules of 1 person per account and it was still blocked.

Not good king.com!!!
