I was eagerly awaiting my edhardy hoodie EDWH18 but all my expectations were shattered when I opened the box. The material was damaged and the color was faded in places. This was completely different from the product's image on the site. I tried calling the customer care many times but was unable to reach a representative so that I can get a refund.
