I became a cash player at King.com in January of this past year. I joined not for the money, although that was a bonus, but mostly just for fun and to pass time. Since my account initiation I believe I made two successful withdrawals- one for $20, another for $15 or so, no big deal, both went through unhitched via paypal. I requested a withdrawal for around $35 a couple of weeks ago, mind you this is after I have made numerous deposits over the last three months totaling a little over $700, and this is where the problem began. I attempted to log on one day from the same computer I started my account from, in the same city of the same state, heck, even the same internet service provider, only to receive an error message stating "login not allowed from this state/region". Funny, I thought- I tried it again- same message. Long story short, I've now attempted to contact them via email and their customer service question form on the website 5 times now, with no reply. I've asked them for their assistance. I've asked them for an explanation. I've asked them for a refund. I've asked them for my pending withdrawal moneys. No response, and still no access. You would think that I would still get my withdrawal, since my account wasn't closed, I was simply just denied access to it, and my request had already been processed. This is the 14th day since I made the request, and still no money. Beware and good luck out there!
