I looked at InternetRetailer because of good comments on forums, however since moving to them my sales have dropped to almost nothing.

This is because there system is not search engine friendly and in fact is just a free system (osCommerce) that they resell and charge you almost 20 per month to use.

I quickly discovered that all the good things I had heard about them on forums and websites were all fabricated... it was InternetRetailer putting them on themselves... they tend to use the name QuikShop as well.

They are very quick to slate their major competitors too and try underhand tactics such as reporting competitors with fake information.

The system runs online and is very slow and you would be much better using an alternative solution. In fact some of their competitors will offer you several months for free if you switch... i would recommend it because Internet Retailer are terrible.

The company is made out to be a big one, in fact its just one bloke called David who doesnt have a clue. In fact he even runs some of his own online shops so if you setup a shop with them and its a success you run the risk of him opening his own shop just copying you!!! and he has access to all your customers!!!
