Inadequate customer service

I purchased a business website and onlinewebtraders offer the technical support in relation to your website.

My site has been inundated with problems from the outset. I have had the site quite a while now and decided not to market the website until all problems had been resolved.

I've had extreme difficulty in relation to getting through to technical support on the phone and today I was on the phone for over an hour and still did not get through. I'm not very happy with the service offered.
