Love Finder Introduction Agency. Good Partners Introduction Agency. Charge for 'membership'. Probable scam

A smart looking and convincing website, but after paying 30.00 'membership' fee, I recieved a covering letter and very amateur looking 'membership' card. The Letter states that when work is available in my area they will be in touch to arrange a date. This wasn't made clear on the website and no work has appeared in the last 4 months.
They also seem to be connected to two introduction agencies where my letter encouraged me to introduce prospective members for which I would be rewarded.
