Sent Emails no answers paid for item I never got Exmouth

I bought 2 watches from this company on eBay

they do advertise on eBay the postage on the second watch
was $10.00 when you buy 2

I called the company direct in the UK and talked to Amanda Berryman who readjusted the shipping on eBay before I could make my payment

postage on the first was $39.95
the second ...$10.00
I sent the total for both, and after about a week I got one watch..item # 270220123445
and a day later I got an email stating..

Dear Customer

Thank you for the prompt payment of your watch.

Unfortunately, you have not paid sufficient postage to your destination.

Payment for shipping to your destination is $40.95

Currently, you have only paid $10.00

Please let me know when this payment of $30.95 has been made and I can organize for the item to be dispatched promptly.

I have emailed this person 11 times and she will not answer. I tried calling again to find only an answering service I bought and paid for this watch and would like it delivered, this is the 4th watch I bought, and it will be my last there customer service "SUCKS"
