Lucid (gothic.co.uk) Sent wrong items out & appalling quality Southampton

A warning to everyone thinking of buying from these bandits. Don't believe a word of what they say about how long it takes to despatch items or what the quality is like.

We received items 6 weeks after we ordered (not the stated 20 working days). When they turned up one of the items was completely wrong - nothing like what we ordered, and the quality of all of them was really sub-standard in our opinion.

We returned all for a refund (and were expecting the full amount including shipping to be returned as per our rights under UK distance selling regs as items were incorrect), but as yet no refund has been actioned, despite waiting 3 months and an advice slip turning up promising a refund.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from these jokers to go elsewhere like Darkside for their gothic clothing.
