One Frank Evans, marketing and research coordinator for AMD Creative Inc., says his firm will pay me for participating in marketing survey. Says a check will come via Fed Ex for $500 plus expenses, once I fill in details such as name, age, gender, address, phone numbers and occupation.

As a retired news reporter I am suspicious of people offering me that much money for a survey. I ran the company on the Inernet finding only AMD (Advanced Microdevices) in California and then your site with a reference by someone else equally suspicious.

I intend to run this by our state Attorney General and District Attorney's consumer protection people to see if they have had any dealings with this outfit.

Five hundred bucks is nice, if it's for real or is it Phishing?
