Fails to repsond to numerous compleints about system failure. Obliged to move hosting service eslwhere. Netweaver continues to ignore emails requesting refund. Burnley

This company take high and mighty approach to customer service, ie they ignore their customers.
We had problems over many days with their hosting service and when we complained they ignored us for several days before evetually replying to say they had now fixed the problem - however, by that time we even had time to get our domain transferred to the new hosting service and were using an alternative provider.
We have attempted to get a refund from Netweaver but they continue to ignore our emails.
I would advise against this company due to their non-existant customer service.
