Ripoff When its too good to be true, it isn't

Eceived e-mail, directed to my husband (he is not computer literate), but I use his name--from Powerball Lottery BV, that he had won 500, 000 pounds. I filled out the form as they requested. Second letter stated that the money would be delivered by courier after he had taken care of the required cost. Decided to go to Ripoff to see if there were any others and sure enough, when its too good to be true it surely isn't. I did call the FBI and they suggested that I file this form so others can be aware of it.
