Quick to jump the gun, doesn not live up to their own policies

I am furious! My girlfriend, whom I live with, had gotten me interested in an internet game site called King.com. I joined the site and playewd a few times before becoming a "Gold" member in which I could play for actual cash. About 30 minutes into my membership, my account was suspended for "suspecious" account activity. I was told to contact their customer service. There was no phone number to actually talk to a live person, only an email address. I had written them 3 times before I finally got a responce.By that time, my account had become blocked completly!

Turns out, because of the fact that my girlfriend and I live under the same roof, we cannot both have accounts on this website. Theres only one problem, this is stated NO WHERE on their terms and conditions. There is nothing stating that there is a "only one member per household" rule.

I am furious and they will not provide me with any information, and I can no longer play any of my favorite games!!! Please people, DO NOT join this site!!!
