Extra Visitors, ProWebspace Search engine submission service took money but did not submit my site. Ripoff Internet

Dec I gave my bank card details to a site called Extra visitors, run by Prowebspace.com

I was paying regularly right up until October 06.
They took my payments through WorldPayshopper.
The idea was that they would submit my site to the top search engines.

Now maybe they submit a few customers sites sometimes but they failed me. Just look what they did to me. I emailed in October 06 to ask to change the name of the site they submitted for me. Its a good job I did.

Some clueless guy sent me emails indicating they were hosting a site for me (um no) and then to my amazement saying I was never with their company. WELL MY BANK STATEMENTS AND WORLD PAY SHOPPER PAYMENTS SAY OTHERWISE.
Meanwhile for the past couple of years I had been promoting my site myself, just as well because the people I was paying to do it, were not doing it at all and now claim I wasnt with them or even answer my emails.
WHY ON EARTH WOULD THEY TAKE MY MONEY SINCE JAN 04?
I have sent several polite emails (I wasnt even going to leave at first I thought it was a misunderstanding) but they ignore my emails. There is some text on their site that offers guarantees and refund, considering they took my money and now say Im not with them, I think I qualify for the refund. I have put it in writing in a letter and asked for a refund.

Im upset, angry and feel let down by these so called "pro, s" I will NEVER trust a submission site again!
We have no proof whatsoever that they actually are doing it and it looks like I caught them out, when the clueless guy emailed me. If they dont rightfully refund me, I will continue to expose them I have been very patient with them.
