Ripoff

I purchased a "Talking Dictionary" to use with my son. The code I was provided would not open the program. The company first prompted me to follow the exact download sequence I had allready followed. I deleted all remnants and uninstalled the program three times with no sucess. The company then implied the problem was with my new dell computer that has a pentium 4. Finally, they refused to provide a refund.
