Bought a dvd rip program, does not work, and they WILL NOT REPLY from there so called support email!! Ripoff

Ought a program from these guys i downloaded there crap, it did not rip my DVD's like it said it would, there i got no response form there lame "support" email address.
be ware these guys suck and i got ripped of 40$
