Topgoth ordered nearly 2 months ago & still no contact but took my money

My report is being filed with the site (topgoth.com) which deals with clothing & accessories. I have ordered two items from them. These were ordered on Saturday 5th March.

The site clearly states please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We have allowed for this time and then some. I have sent various emails requesting information form the site about my order and asked that they please reply yet each time I am ignored.

I have also used the sites contact us facility yet still I have heard nothing from them. Even the phone number that the have on the site for customer service was no help. Noone ever answered.

I have paid for what I have ordered and find it extremely unprofessional that I have not been contacted by the site.

I have also found that this site goes under the name of Alternative Options. This link is to a map of where there shops can be found
