Ripoff took money for me to work and have not set me up to work

This website promises work to you. You have to pay a fee in order to work. I paid my fee 2 weeks ago. Since then they keep putting me off and givivg me excuses. They asked me to wait until this past Friday in order to have everything complete. Friday came and went and nothing. I have sent several emails asking where my account is and co reply. I feel like they have taken off with my money. If anyone is willing to help me contact this company please let me know?
