I did a $2 transaction to buy the Paris Hilton video in December but offer was fraudulent -- the website did not offer the video promised. I immediately tracked down the billing company, Powerzest, cancelled immediately and complained.

The $2 charge from PZEST appeared on my credit card statement, but low and behold, I saw that a company called Datesnow started making monthly charges to my account (I missed it December but caught it January).

I called the credit card company and the person on the line was VERY HELPFUL. According to him, he had often received fraud reports about both DATESNOW and PZEST. Quite amazing considering the millions of companies out there that DATESNOW and PZEST are frequently cited for fraud. Anyway, I subsequently made some calls and discovered that PowerZest (based in the UK) is the parent company of Datesnow (based in Australia).

The language on the PZEST site is very intimidating. They state that "[s]hould you contact your bank to dispute any charges Powerzest IT Ltd will contest all claims including making demand for a signed affidavit" and that "Powerzest IT further reserves the right to disclose all information to the relevant authorities... regarding false declaration and false claims regarding credit card charges."

Yes, PZEST apparently looks down upon fraud. So do I.
