Dirty ripoff liars serving monors illegally

My son used my credit card to verify age only, without my permission. On a site that states your credit card will NOT be billed. Once he saw that there was charges being put on the card he tried to shut the page down before it downloaded all the information, but apparently the information was already down loaded and $39.66 was deducted from my account.

When I contacted ageverification, before they sent any passwords and canceled the subscription and told them that my card was used by a minor without my knowledge and requested a total refund. I was told basically tough shit and that it is my problem. They also didn't send any passwords, so I was charged for services not rendered. I am trying to seek legal action against the company for fraudulant advertising and theft of money.
