Illegal s/w development asking person Gawaa Gawaa

A false identity person with this id gawaa.gawaa@yahoo.com if ever approached any Indian or other country developer then please make a distance from this guy he is a person who has some illegal plans of making s/w and hacking some phone banking companies

since first communication he never told me his country of origin or original name, he will not come to discuss project on Calls just yahoo chat, he claims he is UK person with 65 years of age bla bla but no name or purpose of this app, he says his old developer ditch him, now I can imagine who has ditched whom, he has asked me to quote on that Fraud s/w for which i quoted him based on what i feel it to be then he replied me
