Nails for Nailer Gun

Ordered nails for a nailer gun. Order was placed in June and the goods were never sent. We have asked politely for our money back or for the to send the goods, by e-mail, answer phone and telephone conversations with the owner and his sidekicks and have received nothing but abuse and was told "if you want your money back you can f**king come and get it". Which clearly isn't the way to go. So it seams we will not be getting either our order or our money back having spend £100. I phoned trading standards and they were not very helpful. Please be aware, having done some investigation there are MANY complaints about this company. They are not a secure site either!!! Steer clear of them, DO NOT purchase anything if you either want your goods or want to save your money!! They are conmen!! It is now December and we are still out of pocket!!
