Video ad after dumping spam, or deleted messages

I recently exchanged from British Telecom after appalling service on their phone and broadband package over repeated billing for multiple amounts all wrong, every quarter. for eighteen months.

I thought that I had found a better service, in Talk Talk, and their package, I had previously had BTYahoo mail services, after the switch I still have the same ISP, and the same e-mail address, however I found that having dumped my spam messages, or the deleted e-mails, I get an advert for partycasino.com coming up on the screen, a video advert, it is loud and raucus, I find that I can not get rid of it at all, unless I send an e-mail to the spam box and the deleted e-mails box, it is driving me mad, no make that furious, I have never given my e-mail; address to anyone but these two companies, and it never happened before the change over, just how do I stop this, and does anyone know just who is responsible at partycasino.com, and how the hell do I complain about this to them,?
