Unauthorized use of my name on a website

This website http://anniversary-poems.com contains the unauthorized (and malicious?) entry of my name (I am an author) underneath links: to (what I assume are) adult sites. I have found no contact links or details, The only thing I can see is that the site seems to be hosted by Wordpress. There is a 'comment' facility, where I asked for my name to be removed but the comment is not published, and I had no response. What action can I take for my name to be removed from the site?
