I am a virgin customer but virgin are a ppalin they do not help theire staff say they will test your speed and then said they would phone you back but they never do theire sevice is a joke we are paying for rubbish and then they charge you 25 amin to phone them and your on the phone for a good 20 min and you still get no answer to the problem they are a disgrace and are riping customers off with teire charges
