Unauthorised payment

I am in the UK. I ordered what I took to be a 'free trial' of this product. I was told it would arrive within 5 days - it took 11.

I have tried and tried to get them to cancel any future orders and to also cancel my credit card details off their database as I do not want to receive any further orders - all without success. I have been bluntly told that I WILL be charged $58.76USD and there is nothing I can do about it. I'm a fighter I'm afraid so they are going to have one hell of a struggle on their hands. I have plenty of time on my hands at the moment as I am off work sick so they will be hearing from me several times daily on their 'live chat'. I have also bombarded their support@dazzlewhite.com email address with messages which I mean to continue until an agreement is reached. I strongly suggest anyone else do the same, this company is acting illegally in taking unauthorised payments and if customers back off they will continue to get away with it laughing all the way to the bank.

I am amazed that they have been allowed to act in this way for so long.
