Charged for product over the price for trail which i asked for they have taken 69.00 out of my account which should have only been about 10.00

I order online a trial product of two items liposom and beri ultimate pro which shouls of cost no more than £10.00 but i have been charged out of my account £69.00 i did not agree to anything else would like a refund of my money less what it should of cost me or they can have products back, i will not open them till i here back from you xx
