Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to cancel the order of Wu-YI Source tea from your company and I do not wish to receive any further supply since I only wanted to try the 14 day trial which is costing me more than double or triple price you quoted on the internet web page. It is mentioned $4.95 just for the packaging costs but my first bill seems to be £17.61. On top of that I have been charged extra money £1 for overseas transaction. I have also been charged web access from your company amounting to £3.60 as well as overseas transaction cost £1 on the 29 of January again. On the 11th of February I have again been sent a package of wu-yi tea amounting to £ 41.52 and £1 for overseas transaction charged on my account. On the 16 of February I have been charged an extra £7.22 pounds as membership... Which I am not aware of and an extra overseas charge of £1.I wonder why I am being charged extra costs. My account has also been debited on the 20th of February with the amount of £43.53 plus an extra of overseas transaction fee of £1 and extra membership cost. I would like to cancel any further transaction from your company and would like to return all the teas you have delivered to my address so far. I do not wish to receive the package for which your company charged me already 43.53 on the 20th 2009. I would be grateful if this transaction would be terminated promptly. There are a number of hidden costs I am being charged that THIS company didn't inform PEOPLE.
