No products received and order not processed

Made an order on this website 3 weeks ago. Nothing received. When I called the number on the website answer was "Hullo". Young man did not ask my name but said he would cancel my order as they no longer take credit cards. Today website is still showing all cards accepted. All sounds very dodgy and he sounded extremely unprofessional saying he would cancel my order without ever asking who I am. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. He also said they are about to close down the website. You have been warned.
