Adonisgrooming! Well, I do not know how it got so complicated. I ordered Dermalogica Skincare kit. I couldn't believe how cheap these products were, I though I was lucky to stumble on this website. Apparently, they mailed package by Recorded Delivery. They reckoned they did this twice but both times, the parcel failed to turn up. I called them and always got an aloof and indifferent man. One named Daniel. They refused to refund me. I sent letters advised by Consumer Direct. All of them ignored. Got hold of manager himself. Was so rude and arrogant. He abused me and accused me of making a habit of claiming failure of delivery!! I have never had recorded delivery go missing. Apparently, they were meant to investigate it with Royal Mail. If they had, they would discover that package never signed for by me. He also claimed that my letters were never received and when I told him name of person who signed for my letters, he claimed that there is no one by that name. I sent letters to address on website. One of the numbers does not work. I do not understand how parcels can go missing. Perhaps, they cannot read of write properly. When I tried to challenge them and question their integrity, I was met with a menacing tone. I think that they are crooks and sexist, chauvinistic, ignorant prats. I was met with such a snarly, defensive, aggressive attitude, when all I did was question how 2 rec del. parcels went missing and that the customer is not to be blamed or punished by refusal to refund. I have never had this problem before. Companies always refund, if parcels go missing. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
