Dear sers/madden I visited your business this morning on the 1/09 I was about to go in but fell over due to the floor being very wet outside your main doors no sign was outside wich could of given me some worning of how wet the floor was I've brushed my legback arm and all down my right side this left me in a great deal of pain and it was only due to having a friend with me that she was able to assist me in getting up and it wasn't until after did a member of your staff then put a notice up to would very inbarrist my name is Naomi Rossiter
