Millenium Cluster Hotel
No repayment despite many requests

On 15th February we made a reservation but had to cancel on 18th February. They keep saying that the matter has been resolved but when we ask for repayment, they say that they need to speak to us telephonically, Which is all good and well but when we phone, the numbers don't exist.
