This company (Proactol) offered 100% money back guarantee if you take the Proactol product as prescribed and were not satisfied or did not lose weight. I have a copy of their (Proactol) 100% guarantee and it is also available online on their website. I contacted the company after not getting any results from the product. I was advised I had to use the product for a minimum of 120 days before I could request a refund. I continued to take the product as prescribed with no results. I tried to request a refund from their automated refund system online as they prefer and it would not go through so I contacted support at Proactol by email. I was advised to try it again that the refund should go through the next day. I tried the automated request again the next day on and still nothing. I contacted support again and was advised to send a cover letter including my refund request and the product they sent me back to them at my expense. I wrote up a cover letter and refund request. I returned to Proactol - 6 original boxes of Proactol including the 1 free box totaling 7 boxes and 120 empty blister packs in each box totaling 840 blister packs. I have a DHL receipt/tracking number that shows exactly what was returned. The return charge was also charged at my expense to my credit card in the amount of $76.67. This return also included shipment value protection of $300. My refund request and product return was received by Proactol. I received an email from Proactol support stating my refund was denied. They are claiming that there were 6 half empty blister packs missing. This is not true! They are trying to find a reason to not refund my money. This company ripped me off for approximately $400 ($318.95 - product $76.67 return). I disputed the charges on my credit card. I even supplied the credit card company with proof of the return. Eventually, I ended up paying the credit card company for the charge because they were threatening to send me to collection agency if I did not pay it. I reported them to the UK. BBB but nothing was ever done. I also filed several other complaints on econsumer.gov, Freedom Information Act at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk, Office of Fair Trading at www.oft.gov.uk. and a couple more but nothing was ever done. I am posting this to tell everyone this company is in the UK. They are scamming everyone especially US. people because we really have no options or recourse. Please do not waste your time or money! This company misrepresented their product and are not honoring their guarantee or refund policies they describe on their website. Beware!!! Stay Away!! They are frauds!!!
