My worst ever online shopping experience! I bought some products (glucosamine) in June. I gave my correct address and chose my country from a pull down menu. They charged my credit card after 1 day: 16.77 GBP (Great Britain Pounds). Then they did nothing and said nothing! They just kept my money and did nothing! I was waiting and waiting and after a month I contacted them. They said they had decided to suspend international deliveries!!!
They asked me if I had a UK address where they could deliver it. Of course not. I wanted a refund. They asked my credit card details. I gave them the details of the credit card I used to buy the products. Not valid, they said. It had expired. Surely, because I always use special credit cards for internet use which expire after one month. And I will always do it exactly because of dishonest merchants like Simply Supplements.
I explain them that the expiration date is only for payments and NOT for refunds. My credit card company was crystal clear about that. Anyway I give them a second credit card they could use (not expired... but for Internet use with limited credit). It's February and I haven't got the refund. They have my money, I have no products.
