Ripoff theft abusive emails lying

I sent money to this company twice, the first time I had to email them to see were my order was, they denied ever getting it, after LOTS of emails, I finally got my package. Then the second time I ordered from them, the same happened, I emailed them, they denied it, only this time I never got my package and lost 66.00p. The emails this pathetic man sends are abusive, illiterate and unproffesional. The company website says that its a "reputle" company, yet those emails were not sent by anyone with any consumer sense. I have proof I sent this money with a certificate of posting.
